  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 425 grams pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 120 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 60 milliliters water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and water.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 7
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
