  • 1 cabbage

  • 125 ml water

Directions

Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the core. Slice the quarters into thin strips.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the cabbage to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat with the melted butter.

Pour the water into the skillet, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
