  • 480 ml beef broth
  • 900 grams beef stew meat
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 340 grams egg noodles
  • 30 grams flour
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 230 grams mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Pour over the beef mixture in the slow cooker.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour until smooth. Stir into the beef mixture in the slow cooker.
Step 5
Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened.
Step 6
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
Step 7
Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.
