Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 egg
  • 30 g fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 500 g ground pork
  • 60 ml milk
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped fresh parsley.
Step 2
Add the bread crumbs, eggs, milk, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a walnut.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 5
Cook the meatballs in batches, turning frequently, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
Step 7
Serve the meatballs hot, with a side of your choice, such as tzatziki, rice, or salad.
