Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Season chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Add to the pan and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Stir in paprika and cook for 1 minute to release the flavors.

Return the chicken thighs to the pan and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and stir in the sour cream until well blended.

Return the chicken to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce is thickened.
