  • 3 g black pepper
  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 60 ml honey
  • 15 ml liquid smoke
  • 5 g onion powder
  • 5 g paprika
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, liquid smoke, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Step 3
Add the chicken strips to the marinade, making sure each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Step 4
Preheat your smoker to 165°F (74°C).
Step 5
Place the marinated chicken strips on the smoker racks, making sure they are not overlapping.
Step 6
Smoke the chicken for 2-3 hours, or until the jerky is dry but still slightly pliable.
Step 7
Remove the chicken jerky from the smoker and let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
