  • 1000 ml Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 240 ml Heavy whipping cream
  • 100 grams Kale
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 500 grams Pork sausage
  • 500 grams Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1
Brown the pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Step 2
Add the browned sausage, chicken broth, chopped potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to the slow cooker.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
Step 4
Add the chopped kale and heavy whipping cream. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
Step 6
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
