In a large bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Add the lamb shoulder to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
