  • 1 egg
  • 240 g flour
  • 240 ml milk
  • 190 g peanut butter
  • 2.5 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the sugar and peanut butter until creamy and smooth.

Add the egg to the peanut butter mixture and beat until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Stir in the vanilla extract.
