  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 kg watermelon

Directions

Step 1
Cut the watermelon into thick slices, about 2 cm thick.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Place the watermelon slices in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they caramelize and develop a crispy exterior.

Remove the watermelon slices from the pan and place them on a serving plate.
