  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 red chili
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies, and stir-fry until fragrant.
