  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 80 ml honey
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml sriracha sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for more flavor.

Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the marinade.

Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C, and the chicken is cooked through.
