  • 120 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 120 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 units zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
