  • 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 120 grams flat-leaf parsley
  • 15 grams fresh oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 60 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the finely chopped parsley, oregano, and garlic.

Stir in the red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while stirring to combine all the ingredients well.
