  • 6 figs
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 50 grams walnuts

Directions

Step 1
Wash the arugula and figs thoroughly.
Step 2
Cut the figs into quarters.
Step 3
In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula, figs, crumbled goat cheese, and walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
