Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides.

Remove the meat and set aside.

In the same pot, add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Return the meat to the pot and add the tomato sauce, beef broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
