  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 340 g corned beef
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter until soft and translucent.
Step 3
Add the corned beef to the onions and break it up with a fork. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Mash the potatoes with milk, then add them to the corned beef and onion mixture. Stir well to combine.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
