  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 60 g butter
  • 450 g fettuccine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g scallops
  • 450 g shrimp

Directions

Step 1
Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Cook until the sauce is slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
