  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 450 g tofu

Directions

Step 1
Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into slices or cubes, as desired.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.

Marinate the tofu in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even coating.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the tofu for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it is golden and crispy.
