  • 240 ml beef broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 800 grams diced tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 900 grams ground beef
  • 800 grams kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 450 grams tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker.

Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and beef broth to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
