  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 onion
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
