  • 150 grams blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 65 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 120 milliliters milk
  • powdered sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Place a cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat up.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop.
Step 4
In a blender, combine milk, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.

Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, swirling to coat the bottom.
