  • 15 g chopped cilantro
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 350 g salsa
  • 200 g shredded cheese
  • 30 g taco seasoning
  • 150 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 4
Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir and cook until the mixture thickens.
Step 5
Fill each cooked pasta shell with the ground beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.

Pour the salsa over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
