  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 400 grams pumpkin puree
  • 250 ml whipped cream

Directions

Step 1
Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Mix until well combined.

Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
