  • 8 slices bacon
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Pierce the potatoes with a fork and bake them in the oven for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

While the potatoes are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the skillet, drain on paper towels, and crumble.
