Broiled Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 120 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your broiler to high.
Step 2
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center.
Step 3
Pull apart the shells slightly and loosen the meat from the shell with your fingers, leaving the end attached.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5
Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture, making sure to cover it well.
Step 6
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Step 7
Broil for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned on top. Make sure not to overcook.
Step 8
Serve immediately with additional melted butter if desired.
