Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking soda.

Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and fruit cocktail with juice to the dry ingredients. Stir until well blended.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, prepare the topping. In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
