Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together the finely chopped chicken, cream cheese, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until well combined.

Place about 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water and fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 180°C (350°F).

Fry the wontons in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
