Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 500 g ribeye steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 slider buns

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 4
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Step 5
In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Step 7
Layer the cooked steak on the bottom halves of the slider buns.
Step 8
Top the steak with the cooked bell peppers and onions.
Step 9
Place a slice of provolone cheese on each slider.
Step 10
Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder.

Brush the tops of the slider buns with the garlic butter mixture.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to toast the buns.
