Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 green onions
  • 0.5 cup ham
  • 0 cup milk
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles to fit into a mini muffin tin.
Step 3
Press the pie crust circles into the mini muffin tin cups.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Divide the cheese, ham, and green onions evenly among the pie crusts in the muffin tin.
Step 6
Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in each muffin cup, filling to just below the top of the crust.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and the crust is golden brown.
Step 8
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
