A quick and nutritious stir-fry combining tender beef with a variety of fresh vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry and set aside.
Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 7
Return the beef to the pan, add the remaining soy sauce, and stir well to combine.
Step 8
Pour the cornstarch slurry into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
Step 9
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
