Ingredients

  • 500 g beef steak
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 120 ml milk
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the beef steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in the softened cream cheese until well combined.

In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef and vegetable mixture.
