  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 150 grams corn
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 240 milliliters tomato sauce
  • 480 milliliters vegetable broth

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, and sauté until they are tender.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the cooked black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and vegetable broth to the pot.
