  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 200 g black olives
  • 30 g capers
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil

Directions

Step 1
Combine black olives, capers, anchovy fillets, and minced garlic clove in a food processor.
Step 2
Pulse until the ingredients are coarsely chopped.
Step 3
Add lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture.
Step 4
Pulse again until the mixture is well combined but still has some texture.
Step 5
Stir in chopped fresh parsley.
Step 6
