Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp creole seasoning
  • 200 g mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g panko bread crumbs
  • 400 g white fish fillets

Directions

Step 1
Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash and set aside.
Step 2
Cook the white fish fillets until they flake easily, then shred them into small pieces.
Step 3
Combine the mashed potatoes, shredded fish, and Creole seasoning in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
Step 5
Coat each fish ball with panko bread crumbs.
Step 6
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 7
Fry the fish balls in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
Step 8
Drain the fish balls on paper towels and serve warm.
