  • 2 g black pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 900 g clams
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 450 g linguine
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 30 g parsley
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 5 g salt
  • 240 ml white wine

Directions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the clams to the skillet, then pour in the white wine. Cover and cook until the clams open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any clams that do not open.
Step 4
Stir in the chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
Step 5
Add the butter and continue to toss until it melts and coats the pasta. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
