Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded corned beef, sauerkraut, and 120 ml of the Thousand Island dressing.

Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the top of the mixture.

In another bowl, toss the cubed rye bread with the melted butter until evenly coated.

Spread the bread cubes over the top of the cheese layer.

Drizzle the remaining 120 ml of Thousand Island dressing over the bread cubes.
