Directions

Step 1
Fill a large pot with 2 liters of water and set your sous vide machine to 75 degrees Celsius.

Once the water reaches the desired temperature, gently place the eggs into the pot using a slotted spoon.

Cook the eggs for 13 minutes.
Step 4
After cooking, immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process and cool them down.
