One Pot Tortellini Bake

A quick and easy one-pot meal featuring cheesy tortellini baked in a rich tomato sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 800 ml marinara sauce
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g spinach
  • 500 g tortellini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large oven-safe pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the marinara sauce to the pot and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Stir in the tortellini, ensuring they are well coated with sauce.
Step 5
Add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
Step 6
Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 7
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Step 8
Transfer the pot to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
