Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Branzini fish
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 500 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 20 grams Fresh basil
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
Step 2
Place the Branzini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Rub each fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Surround the fish with cherry tomatoes and minced garlic.
Step 5
Add lemon slices on top of the fish.
Step 6
Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the fish is crispy and the tomatoes are burst.
Step 7
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add chopped basil. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the fish from the oven and drizzle with the basil butter sauce.
Step 9
Serve immediately and enjoy!
