  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 100 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, and eggs. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.

Add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until fully integrated.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
