Ingredients

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1000 ml beef broth
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 150 g corn kernels
  • 450 g crab meat
  • 150 g green beans
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120 g tomato paste
  • 1000 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, combine water and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add diced potatoes, carrots, corn, green beans, onion, and celery. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 3
Stir in tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add crab meat and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
Step 5
Remove bay leaf before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
