In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the steak pieces in the flour mixture until thoroughly coated.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
