Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 500 g ground lamb
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 30 g parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb and beef.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to the meat mixture.

Season with ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thin kebab around skewers.

Brush the kebabs with olive oil.
