These Mini Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are the perfect appetizer for any gathering. Filled with spicy buffalo chicken, they are crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml buffalo sauce
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 450 g chicken breast
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 green onions
  • 500 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Shred the chicken.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
Step 3
Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll up from the bottom to the top. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 175°C.
Step 5
Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
