  • 120 g bread crumbs
  • 15 g fresh oregano
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 4 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped fresh oregano.

Dip each zucchini slice in olive oil, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.

Place the coated zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the topping is golden brown.
