Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, blend together softened butter, 100 grams of sugar, and 150 grams of flour. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until firm and golden.
Step 4
In another bowl, whisk together the remaining sugar and flour. Whisk in the eggs and lemon juice. Pour over the baked crust.
Step 5
Bake for an additional 20 minutes. The bars will firm up as they cool.

For a festive touch, dust with powdered sugar once fully cooled.
