  • 5 g baking powder
  • 115 g butter
  • 150 g cornmeal
  • 300 g cream-style corn
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 300 g whole kernel corn

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn and cream-style corn.
Step 3
Add in the cornmeal, sugar, butter, milk, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
