Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 450 g Polish sausage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Slice the Polish sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Chop the cabbage into large chunks.
Step 3
Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
Step 4
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Step 5
Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
Step 6
Add the sliced sausage to the pot and cook until browned.
Step 7
Stir in the chopped cabbage, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Step 8
Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Step 9
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
