Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour half of the chimichurri sauce over them. Reserve the other half of the sauce for serving.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
